•Fix all minor repairs. Minor things that might only cost very little to fix may put a potential buyer off your property. Buyers tend to make a note of things that need attention and most of the time it reflects in the offer. They tend to exaggerate the price of repair in their head, and budget for the worse scenario.
•Keep your home clean and tidy. Buyers try to imagine themselves living in the property they are viewing. Make sure your visitors enter a clean and uncluttered interior. Keep your lawns neatly mowed and all rubbish removed, try to present your gardens as workable.
